1950’s red and black heart pattern novelty print Serbin Swiss-ette fit and flare dress / size S M

Vintage fit and flare dress made in the 1950's with the most adorable pattern of hearts and stick figures.

*No fabric content tag but burn test and feel indicate a cotton knit - has a nice weight to it

*Buttons up the back with heart shaped (!) buttons. Fastens at waist and neckline with snaps.
*Ric rack trim at cuffs and neckline

Best fits a modern XS/S - possibly a M. 32-37" chest and 29" waist suggested.

Very good vintage condition. Several small runs and holes were repaired in the knit and aren't readily visible. A couple of missing snaps were replaced using vintage ones of the same era. The binding at the hem was reattached but is original to the dress as found. Presents beautifully.
